Take one item when you leave your car to go inside your home! Little by little, it helps a lot and alleviates feelings of being overwhelmed.

Make sure you have all of these tools with you: Jack, Lug wrench, well-inflated tire. That's it!
Turn on your emergency brake!
Jack it up!
Remove the lug nuts.
Make sure that you replace the spare immediately! It won't sustain too many miles and is only used for emergencies.
